I had the pleasure of spending a night at 9:30 Club, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. This live music club is an absolute gem in the heart of the city's nightlife scene.
From the moment I walked in, I could feel the vibrant energy and passion for music that permeated the atmosphere.
The only downsize is the parking... it's very difficult to find it. There is a small lot that charges $20. If you are lucky to get a spot there, do it. Otherwise, street parking is almost impossible.
You haven't experienced DC unless you've seen at least once show here. Saw Russian Circles and REZN there on 11/4. Man this place just never gets old. Awesome acoustics and sound system...and the bouncers actually let a pit form for a change! Not many places where you can get away with that anymore.
